What is your turn around time (TAT)?
I cannot guarantee the shipping time as once the package is out of my hands it's in USPS's.
I do not ship orders on weekends or holidays.

What Other policies do you have?
Please double and triple check your address! I will send the package to the address you have written down at checkout.If the package gets sent to the wrong address, you will have to pay again for shipping at my discretion.
What's the shelf life of your Thermals/Photochromatic polishes?
Please note that thermals won't be thermals forever! The shelf life of a typical thermal is 6 to 12 months. After that the Thermal or Photochromatic shift won't be as strong and/or will no longer work! It is recommended to keep your solar and thermal nail polishes out of direct heat and in a cool, dry area.
Do I need to Top Coat my nail polish?
While top coat isn't required, it definitely will help to smooth things out and make polishes that are naturally matte (like neon polishes) shiny. All photos in my shop show the nail polish WITH top coat, so if you want your polish to look like the pictures, use top coat!
Top coat also helps to protect your polish from the regular wear and tear of life!
